This year Zem Productions showcased Legends of Fusion TCG to hundreds of people in Connecticon. It was a great turn out with demoing the game, recruiting new Fusionist, and showcasing the cards yet to come.
Thursday was booth set up day. Before we even began setting up, people glanced over at what the game was about. This generated buzz leading into Day 1 of showcasing the game. With so many prizes and cards on the line, this event was full of surprises.
Day 1
The table was crowded with so many curious players! This was the side booth of our main booth with people becoming Fusionists. The demos lasted 5 minutes but the games lasted longer. Within hours, the decks were cleared and new players received limited edition cards that were only acquired at Connecticon
This also led to the expansion for Legends of Fusion to hit New York and Massachusetts with leagues forming on the spot. Cards and dice were flying and players were amerced in the Fusionist's realm. Friday was slammed back at the table and we didn't have enough Rescue Winds, but Fortifying Stance took the win for the team.
Day 2
Day 2 we had more visitors and repeat visitors to play the game! The buzz was all over Connecticon and led to other game designers to check out our table. Many card game enthusiasts played multiple games and checked out upcoming events and products coming down the pipeline. All the decks were sold out with half a booster box left.
